The Making of "RH Nights in Paris"

I talked with the model to determine what they liked, took photos and compiled them with other photos that I collected over the years.

Then, I created a rough study to get the design elements down.

Once the model was happy with the layout, I made another study, to get the design further flushed out.

I painted in outlines for the main elements, then blocked in the colors, and added more details.

Then I focussed on capturing the likeness of the model.

Then, I added more detail to the surrounding areas, and flushed out the design more.

Afterwards, I made additional adjustments until the piece was complete.

Then, I framed and hung the piece.
